Laundromat
What are your hours?
Our laundromat is open from 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Last wash is at 9:30 p.m.
Are you attended?
Yes we are fully attended so there is someone at our laundromat from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. if you need any help.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
We are a card laundromat that takes the Laundroworks card. You can load your card with cash, a credit card or debit card.
Is there anything special about your washing machines?
Our washes wash every load with our ozone laundry system. Ozone cleans and sanitizes your laundry. It kills bacteria and viruses in your clothes even better then bleach.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can leave your laundry with us any time between 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use a premium detergent when we wash your clothes but you can upgrade to Tide, Clorox, Downy or an allergen free detergent.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. There is a 10 pound minimum for all wash and fold orders.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
Absolutely not. We always keep our customer's laundry separate from each other.
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
Our wash and fold turnaround time is usually 1 day but some larger orders or heavily soiled orders may take longer.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer pickup and delivery laundry service Monday - Friday, from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?
The turnaround time for pickup and delivery is 2-3 days.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the is a 30 pound minimum order.
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
How do I schedule an order online?
It's easy. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and create an account. It only takes two minutes.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No there is not. You can discontinue service at any time. We know that you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
Like other online services you will be asked to input a credit card or debit card when you place your order. Your card won't be charged until your laundry order is complete.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or trash bag. Make sure that it is securely closed so no laundry falls out.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can suspend your pickup until you return from your vacation.
